  I had never been to Enniskillen before,so when I saw this Hotel on the internet...the price was good... I'd booked for one night as my sister and I want to visit friends and do some xmas shopping... I was delighted to be able to park my car at Westville Hotel as we were able to walk to the shops..Excellent!!

  Very convenient to town centre. Very friendly staff. Suitable for older children. Good value bar food, good food choices.

  The temperature in the bathroom was very low and even the bedroom was not particularly warm. There did not appear to be any thermostatic control for adjusting the temperature.

  New hotel, modern and good location. Staff were excellent and the food was good

  Enjoyd our stay ,inparticular the food and the saturday nite entertainment.

  My partner sugests a little time taken for younger staff to perfect the art of pouring a good slow pint of guinness would help,but other than that a very enjoyable stay.

  The room, staff and food were faultless. It was a real treat staying at the Westville and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a short break.

  My only criticism was that when the keycard was in the plug for the lights to work in the room, it made quite a loud humming sound but you could take it out at night to get round it waking you.

  Hotel is conveniently located. Staff,without exception were friendly, courteous and efficient. Free car parking beside hotel added significantly to the convenience factor. All in all I felt the Westville offered good value for money.

  Very smart and well kept friendly staff who solved problems with little fuss good food and pleasant bar

  We did have a couple of problems - one with the booking which was resolved to our satisfaction and a plumbing problem which was also resolved during business hours. We felt the staff did everything they could to remedy the difficulties and sought to ensure our stay was comfortable. We were in Enniskillen for a wedding at St Michaels and then at Loch Ere Country Club. Our long weekend was memorable as the wedding was a fabulous event. Westville was comfortable and offered all we needed within the hotel and with it's situation we could walk to sightsee in Enniskillen.

  We are happy with the hotel and feel that we were well taken care of.

  The location was perfect with parking. Proximity to the town centre and many restaurants was ideal. The double room and ensuite were much larger than we expected. The breakfast was well cooked and presented. The decor was a pleasing blend of modern and stylish. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless. The staff were polite, efficient, and professional in all their dealings with us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  People were extremely accommadating. I had trouble accessing free Wi Fi; so, computer specialist helped me and ended up giving me a LAN connection as the server was not working.

  Friendly staff location bar excellent [bar food very good] in general it is a very well run hotel and once again staff excellent.apart from our first night experience no complaints

  On the monday of are arrival booked meal in tarrance restrauant. Although only 3 couples in waited forty five mins on starter.orderd bottle of pinot griego also bottle of argentinemalbec red informed neither in stock had to settle for glass of sauv. Glss of shiraz.the food when it did arrive was ok even if I did get wrong starter.not a great start to our break .didnot use terrace again .ate in bar food excellent .ps. View from room 205 [ext. Roof] not great. If we return try for diff. Room

  Apart from the beautiful, and breathtaking,surroundings my wife and I could not get over the cleanliness and spaciousness of the bedrooms and,indeed the hotel itself.The food was excellent and plentiful. Also the staff were so helpful - nothing was too much for any of them. This was Irish hospitality at its very best.We would love to go back sometime in the future.Thank you again. , Norman and Margaret Murray ( Helensburgh,Scotland ).

  Excellent location, really is within easy walking distance of town centre. Modern clean room with comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast & good meals available in Bar. Very friendly & efficient staff . good value
