  a very comfortable hotel on the outskirts of enniskillen!! staff were extremely courteous and helpful!!room was comfortable, but only a shower!! food was nicely presented and plentiful, even for a vegetarian!! plenty of salads, buffet style!!

  We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and enjoyed our one night stay immensely.My husband and I were particularly impressed with the seating arrangements and both the quality and quanity of the food.

  I enjoyed the pool facilities including the hot tub outside. And all the views the killyhevlin had to offer. Also I would like to thank the two bar staff kate and a gentleman which I didn't get his name for making me lovely cocktails and making are stay more pleasant.

  I was dissappointed in the staff for a four star hotel the staff could atleast give you a welcome smile. Also we asked could we look at the menus as they have two resturants and they didn't explain we had to book one of the resturants.

  Excellent shower. Riverside location (beautiful in the snow). Ardhowen theatre nearby. Good shopping in Enniskillen.

  The duvet was too warm (winter grade, with central heating)

  The Spa and pool.

  The bedroom carpet had a red stain and the rest of the carpet looked as if it could have done with a good clean. Very basic. The hotel receptionist who first met us didnt smile and appeared somewhat unfriendly although the staff who serviced our room always greeted us with a smile.. While the food was good and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful, there were a few incidents with the waiters in the grill bar that were one of the reasons we would not consider staying there again.

  I cannot fault this hotel in any way except to say it did not offer the luxury one would expect for the price it cost to stay,£160/night.Check out is 11am which is a bit early also. We were guests at a wedding there otherwise we would not have choosen to stay there.

  I liked the view from the window of the lounge. It was lovely sitting on the comfortable sofas and watching the boats go up the river.There were plenty of seats available.Grounds are lovely when the weather is fine.

  Location, friendly staff.

  Room (212) was dull in design and outlook. The provision of blankets rather than duvets was unbelievable and unprecedented in this day & age in a hotel with the slightest pretension to luxury, comfort, and modernity. The dinner food was disappointingly bland and lacking in flavour & freshness, as though previously frozen for a long time, &/or over-boiled in the cooking. Breakfast was good.

  The hotel was very clean, comfortable and freshly decorated. Staff pleasant and helpful. No disturbance from the wedding party which is at the other side of the hotel. Great to have somewhere where pets are allowed.

  The spa, pool and hot tub were excellent. Very relaxing and quiet break.

  Didn't like the rooms as they are very dated in their decor. Not good value for money.

  Very relaxing stay. Great food.

  We didn't think to prebook spa treatments - they were all booked up - this was very disappointing, although I know perhaps own fault.

  Ease of moving about the hotel. The food and the spa facilities

  Robes should have been provided in the rooms for easier use of the leisure facilities. Swim caps should have been provided FOC

  The staff were excellent very helpful and friendly the leisure centre was very nice.
