  Sehr schönes Hotel inmitten eines großen Parks samt Golfanlage. Große Zimmer, sehr sauber, sehr gutes Essen im hauseigenen Pub, Frühstück im Wintergarten des Restaurants, großes Buffet und warmes Essen sehr frisch gemacht

  Beim Nachmittagstee in den sehr schönen Aufenthaltsräumen muß man selber an die Bar gehen und bestellen und relativ lange warten. Im Pool war eine Schwimmbahn abgetrennt, aber es hüpften leider trotzem dauern Kinder hinein, auch teilweise direkt vor den Kopf.

  The setting was superb, the food excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall it is an experience i would very much like to repeat! My husband and i left the next day having really enjoyed our stay and feeling relaxed,rested and pampered.

  It was beautifully decorated, staff friendly,our room was amazing obviously newly done up, husband was delighted with large telly, breakfast were great smashing variety and cellar bar and bistro served tasty food by smiling staff!!!!! We'll be back!!!

  quiet. staff pleasant. bar food nice. rooms clean and comfortable.

  the family room was quite small and basic. the chips in the bar that we ate with all four of our meals were undercooked.

  Your hotel was extraordinarily luxurious with wonderful down to earth but highly hospitable staff. Nothing was a bother and our guests were upgraded to a superior room.   On arrival the hotel looked amazing, gorgeous grands looking over the lough. The staff were very helpful and the decor of the hotel was breath taking.Our evening meal was fabulous, out of this world. The bar was peaceful and the fire was lit which made it more relaxing.

  the only disappointment I had was the downstairs bar the entertainment was very old hat, dated, old men dressed the same something you would not expected in this hotel.

  The hotel grounds were beautiful and within distance to shopping centre

  Superior room in my opinion was only a standard room. We went for a meal in the hotel and unfortunately they seemed to forget we where there very disappointing

  The Manor House is a very elegant building, that makes you feel spoiled being there. A stunning hotel that is extremely well kept. Rooms are big and we love the leisure complex. There are two hot tubs, a steam room and a sauna - all of which add value to the stay. The reception is always welcoming and very efficient. There are wonderful toiletries in the room, with a great size bathroom, plenty of hangers, tea/coffee facilities. The scones served by an open fire were first class. Although there for part business/part leisure, the stay felt decadent and I was sorry to leave the next day. Also, excellent value for money, which is always a plus.

  Unfortunately the service in the dining room always seems to be lacking. We have stayed here before and found the same. We also had a car alarm go off every 10minutes from 11pm. It was after 1am before it was sorted out. Very stressful when you are trying to sleep. The hot tubs are lovely - but are lukewarm. They really need to crank the temperature up there, especially on cold winter days. Waken up the dining staff, heat up the hot tub - and it would be perfect.

  From the mniute you drove up the long drive to the time you left you were treated like very special peopl,e the staff were so freindly the food was excelant the enterior of the hotel is what you would love in your own home, large bedrooms everything you need in the room and very cosy on a cold winters evening we were up doing some shopping certainly will come back for a weekend break and take advantage of the lovely loch hire a boat and relax in the leisure centre.

  Beautiful hotel overlooking Lough Erne with spectacular views of the water. The menu and food in the restaurant were great and service was excellent with friendly staff. I will definitely return!

  The accommodation - room was lovely The general ambiance of the hotel and the view from the dining room over Lough Erne were excellent. Porter who showed us to the room was most informative and willing to answer any questions

  Newpapers were not delivered early to bedrooms reception staff pleasant but - like so many - not really intersted in the guests. I felt they were preoccupied with matters other than the guest before them

  Although the hotel was full & we were there during halfterm break, the hotel remained tranquil, peaceful & very relaxing. Perfect surroundings to unwind.

  We would prefer a hot buffet style breakfast. Having said that, the breakfasts were enjoyable & we would certainly go back to the Manor House again.

  Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is in the countryside on the edge of Lough Erne so views were pleasant but unfortunately walks seemed to be restricted along the edge of the lough. Enniskillen is only 7 miles away for shopping and alternative restaurants though both hotel restaurants were very good. Hotel facilities were also very good with pool, steam room, sauna and indoor & outdoor jacuzzi's both of which were full in November! The hotel room was comfortable but unfortunately did not have a fridge. We got a deal through internet so value was very good but would not like top pay full room rates. All in all a very good stay and would happily recommend.

  I loved the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful

  I didn't like the room it was facing the back of the hotel and all you saw was bins also the meal was awful and far too expensive also the breakfast was terrible - we had stayed there before and the meal was fabulas also the breakfast was really tasty

  The room was very clean and very well supplied with toiletries. Good tv and comfortable bed. Tea making facilities in the room. No noise at night anywhere near the room. We ate in the Cellar bar Bistro and the food was excellent in a nice homely atmosphere. Excellent value as well.

  Not a complaint as such but we did find the room too warm even with the heat turned off. Other residents we met at breakfast agreed.

  We arrived for an overnight stay and were not disappointed with the room or service. Food was excellent. Breakfast though, looked like it had been pre-cooked and kept hot or reheated. The evening dinner was very good.

  We went for a relaxing couple of days and took time out from visiting friends and family. We were very disappointed that no spa treatments were available either of the two days we were there. Food was fairly good. The breakfast did appear like it was kept hot or reheated. The lamb shank I had for dinner was extremely salty and near impossible to eat.

  Staff were credit to hotel and surroundings were beautiful - decor v tasteful and befitting of the hotel. Spa facilites were clean but a few extras like heated seats would be nice instead of plastic table and chairs provided in the pool area. Food was excellent on presentation and taste. Would definately go again.

  Some treatments were a bit pricey so a few more special offers for beauty treatments or discounts would be welcome.
