  Great location round the corner from Kings Cross and friendly (and cute) staff. Room was very basic but for the price a good deal. Shared bathroom was adequate, clean and acceptable. You get what you pay for.

  Good value for money, ideally located near to Kings Cross and St Pancras. The staff are also very helpful and friendly and for the money the room was perfectly clean and acceptable. The free wifi was also a bonus. The breakfast was also cooked to order.

  The breakfast room is essentially a dump full of old chairs, tables and other assorted rubbish, some of it is also dirty. The bathroom was starting to require some renovation with toilet handles and other fittings looking like they were about to fall off - although it was clean. The owner needs to tidy up the breakfast room otherwise as it drags an otherwise acceptable location down to the level of being unacceptable. I rate it as recommended based purely on the bedrooms and cost, as the breakfast room feels more like a scrapyard than anything else!

  Great location, down to earth place with friendly staff and guests. It could do with a lick of paint, but they are sorting that out. Its very gay friendly with a great atmosphere, I would definitely stay again.

  handy for kings cross and tube to o2 arena. breakfast was very hearty.

  on arrival the interior of the hotel resembled a building site which was not mentioned on the internet. however true to the propietors word the workmen had cleared up and my shared bathroom was again functional. once the workmen had left the hotel was in a habitable state.

  The location was good, took me under five minutes to walk too the subway. Helpful staff, a mistake they had made in my booking was quickly corrected. My room was small but cosy and I had a pretty nice view! The room was overall fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable and I really appreciated the portable radiator. The fact that the bathroom was shared was not a problem at all, I never had to wait too use it.

  There where a lot of steps up to my room, so perhaps not ideal for people in bad shape. My room had a self-closing door, but it really took forever to close it even if I pulled it, not that fun if you're in a hurry. The lighting in my room was very poor, hard to see anything in the mirror. The pressure in the shower was very very poor. I didn't had the time to eat breakfast before I had to go too the airport cuz it started pretty late (I think for a sunday).

  Very close to Kings Cross and St Pancras, yet friendly neighbourhood. Pubfood and full breakfast availible

  Price and location

  My stay was ok. I can not say anything about the breakfast because I got up late. The reception room could have a better appearance (more organized)

  The staff made everything their can to give us as much confort as possible taking in consideration the current state of the hotel. I trully hope they get the money to give the hotel the condition it deserves.

  It's urgent to do some refurbishment works there. Everything is pretty old, the watter doesn't have enough pressure to have a nice bath.

  The location.

  Bed wasn't very cumftable and the widow let a draft in and with the bed below the window it was a cold night.

  Appeared to be in the middle of an ongoing refurbishment, eg no skirtings, thin partition wall to create extra rooms instead of en-suites.

  Central location and ease of travel.

  The hotel as a whole was ok. The biggest problem was the lack of a wardrobe to hang your clothes in. Also, at the time of booking I did not realise that this venue was a gay bar/pub.

  Little friendly hotel with nice english breakfast. Thanks for keeping our luggages until our departure to the airport.

  The room could be more clean but the bed was comfortable.

  All I will say is never, ever forget that Central Station is a gay- oriented bar and nightclub. Let's say it is a "niche" hotel. But it suited me perfectly!

  Communal bathroom isn't going to be to everyone's liking. I stay in youth hostels a lot so not a problem. Noise from the basement nightclub reverberates through the whole building into the early hours. As I say - remember what this establishment actually is before you launch into veherment criticism.

  This hotel was very close to King's Cross so perfect for getting into central London. Staff were really friendly and let us leave our cases until we went home. The price was great for a hotel so close to central London.

  Needs decorating, decor was very outdated.

  A személyzet kedves, segítőkész volt. A King's Cross-tól kb. 5-10 perc gyalog. A szoba viszonylag tiszta volt.

  A szobát privát fürdőszobával foglaltuk le, mégsem azt kaptuk. Péntek- szombati ott tartózkodásunk alatt mindkét éjjel a földszinten lévő bárban hangos zene szólt, ill. Karaoke hajnal 3-ig. A falszomszédos szobán egy ajtó volt, mely hozzánk nyílt, a szomszéd lakó levegővételét is hallottuk. Az étterem kritikán aluli, hideg volt, és kosz. A vízforralót ki kellett takarítanom használat előtt, mert vízkődarabok úszkáltak benne, gusztustalan volt.
